Frequently asked questions
Can the assistant make up answers?
We configure it to answer only from your documents and to say when the information is not there. Every answer links back to the original passage, so it can be checked.
Are our documents used to train public models?
No. Your documents are only used to answer your teams. We select providers and settings that exclude training on your data.
Which document formats are supported?
PDF, Word, Excel, internal web pages, emails and most document tools. Scanned documents go through a text recognition step.
Where is our data processed?
Before the project starts, we tell you exactly where your data is stored and processed, and we apply the principles of Law 09-08. A hosting option in Morocco is in preparation.
